Passive House 2020 Virtual Conference

Given the social disruption today and for the foreseeable future, caused by the COVID-19 virus, the North American Passive House Network (NAPHN) has chosen to not cancel or reschedule its 7th annual national conference, Passive House 2020: Choose Your Future (PH2020), originally planned to occur in New York City in early June, but instead, will move the event online as a virtual conference.

PH2020 Virtual Conference is focused on peer-to-peer knowledge sharing of building owners, professionals, policymakers, and manufacturers, and will be the same dates as before, June 11–12, 2020. Virtual project tours, including building tours from NYC, across the US and from around the world will be throughout the 2 days and the conference workshops will follow the conference, in June and July.

Given the anxiety felt in this time of disruption we must keep each other healthy but also ask: How do we maintain our businesses? The Passive House movement? How can we grow our business relationships? NAPHN is committed to working with industry and community networks around the world, to support the viability and vibrancy of the Passive House market over the course of this nightmare.

Appropriately, the PH2020 conference theme, "Choose Your Future", is just such a call to action — to recognize the power of individuals to produce change and to build a movement; a call for us all to not forfeit our influence but to use it.
