Celebrate NYC: Passive House Showcase

This program is a part of Celebrate NYC: Building a Sustainable City, an exhibit showcasing energy efficient building renovations and retrofits across NYC, now on display at the Building Energy Exchange
The forum will begin with a presentation by architect Michael Ingui on several of his firm’s residential retrofits to the Passive House standard. He will focus on some of the key factors to completing successful Passive House projects, including why clients choose Passive Houses, how contractors complete them cost-effectively, and how Passive House can be achieved in a historic district. Following the presentation will be a moderated discussion with members from the project teams.
