The average building owner, manager + maintenance person makes critical mistakes that cost buildings money. What works? Fuel analysis, careful attention to cost effective measures to save energy and water + increased resident comfort increases cash flow, reduces complaints, while increasing building durability + resilience.
I have created a class which meets once a week for 8 weeks on Wednesday nights in Manhattan that teaches these principles for everone from journeymen to engineers on how to better understand the catastrophic waste that is prevalent in most multifamily buildings, from 5 to 11,000 apartments.
