Understanding NYC Energy Performance Standards

Join The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) and other NYC affordable housing advocates for an educational forum to discussion a new bill. Intro 1745 would create an energy performance standard, establish limits on onsite fossil fuel consumption as well as whole building energy use for buildings larger than 25,000 sq.ft.

Representatives from the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability will provide a short presentation on the proposed legislation to review key points and answer questions from the audience.

Date: Tuesday, November 21, 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Location: LMHQ, Tesla Room, 150 Broadway, 20th Floor
