LEED Platinum, Resilient Elementary School

Take the Pro Tour of the LEED Platinum (pending) MacArthur Elementary School. This new-construction, high-performance school is the result of a collaborative, stakeholder-driven design process.

The school was declared a total loss after being flooded with contaminated river water in 2011. In the new building spaces like classrooms are tightly controlled with incorporated displacement induction units and radiant flooring
