Roosevelt Landings: It's Big, It's Green, Here's How

Tuesday, Jun 28, 2016

Don't miss a discussion of one of the largest clean energy retrofits in New York City. Having already achieved moderate savings through NYSERDA's Multifamily Performance Program, the owner of Roosevelt Landings, Urban America, wanted to push forward with a deeper retrofit and resiliency project to further modernize the complex.

Speakers will focus on how the team prioritized its efforts, what unexpected hurdles were overcome, which technologies were implemented, and how the financing was structured. Additionally, as a prime example of the type of retrofits encouraged and supported by the NYC Retrofit Accelerator, its representatives will be on hand to discuss how their resources can help your building advance energy efficiency.
