Low Rise Passive Houses (Single/Multi-Familly Projects) And Incentive Programs

Incentives of a few thousand to tens of thousands of dollars are available for new and gut-rehab low-rise Passive Houses (single family and multifamily up to five floors high) in the Tri-State area that comply with energy efficiency programs such as ENERGY STAR and Zero Energy Ready Home. Learn about the basic technical and procedural requirements of these programs, how to participate, and the available incentive amounts. Example projects will be presented and the top ten pitfalls to avoid when going for these certifications with a Passive House project.
