Third Rail Thursday: Movement Workshop

Thursday, Jul 17, 2014

Experience a one-of-a-kind Third Thursday event. Materials for the Arts (MFTA) is hosting a movement workshop with Third Rail Projects' (Then She Fell, House No. 17) co-artistic director Jennine Willett Millman. Participants will be able to discover how reusable materials can inspire performance by making costumes and props. Participants will also interact directly in small movement performances with the desks, chairs, and more in the massive MFTA warehouse space. Refreshments will be served and the evening will be a chance to get a behind the scenes view of MFTA and meet one of the great up-and-coming choreographers in NYC.
