Expanding Distributed PV In The Grid Edge Age
Tuesday, Mar 4, 2014
By 2016 there will be a new distributed solar PV installation every 83 seconds in the United States. More distributed solar has been deployed in the past 2.5 years than in the previous 50 and research is forecasting another doubling over the next 2.5 years. Given the undeniable fact that we are moving from a centralized energy system to a next-generation distributed energy system, the industry is beginning to look at the grid edge as the true future of grid modernization.
This panel discussion will cover the rapid growth of PV in the US and how it’s impacting the the future of grid infrastructure and all of the stakeholders involved.
