Water Management to Lower Costs in Multifamily Buildings

This training is geared toward owners of affordable housing, specifically for directors of maintenance, property managers & fiscal staff who support building operations. Presenters will review current sewer and water rates and trends and best practices on managing water conservation, cover the history and policy evolution of current water and sewer rates and share cases on working with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection to address billing issues and utilizing DEP programs to reduce rates, address water and sewer cost issues and provide best practices on how to mitigate those issues.
