Chris Benedict will be giving TWO tours on International Passive House Day.

Sunday, November10th, 10-11:30 am

Location: 803 Knickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn new construction of 24 units

AND

Sunday, November 10th, 1-2:30 pm

Location: 424 Melrose Street, Brooklyn, new construction of 24 units

Requirements for entry to the building: Tours will start on time; Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed entry; Strong shoes required, no exposed toes!; Wear clothing that can get dusty and muddy; Hard hats will be provided and must be worn; You must sign a waiver of liability
