Sandy Success Stories
Wednesday, Aug 14, 2013
The Sandy Success Story Project is a compilation of 19 case studies that describe the mitigation measures, designs, and lucky situations that helped make pockets of the New York region more resilient during Superstorm Sandy. The presentation will focus on the design mitigations that “did their job” during the storm and will conclude with a discussion of the themes, lessons learned, policy implications, and next steps.
