Accelerating DG Rollout: Framework in the Northeast
Tuesday, Jun 4, 2013
In the tri-state area and greater northeast distributed generation markets have already taken prominent roles in energy infrastructure development. Many municipalities and regions have plans to increase use of solar and wind distributed resources. New York City’s PlaNYC, for example, aims for the installation of 800 MW of customer-owned distributed generation assets. Integrating those systems with the grid is essential for achieving these goals, and will aid in grid modernization and reliability.
