Melrose Commons: LEED for Neighborhood Development

Magnusson Architecture & Planning PC, and their partners discuss a South Bronx neighborhood once devastated by years of neglect. Today Melrose Commons is participating in the LEED for Neighborhood Development pilot program. It is one of the only low-income urban renewal areas in the program, which involves over 240 projects across the country.
