Daniel Rosenblum, Co-Founder-Carbon Tax Center and James P. Barrett, Executive Director-Redefining Progress will represent the carbon tax side.
Moderator: Edna Sussman, Chair, Energy Law Committee-NYC Bar Association. Ms. Sussam will also provide background on climate change legislation before Congress.
