GreeNYC: Goals for 2030

As part of Mayor Bloomberg's PlaNYC, greeNYC encompasses four environmental goals for 2030: reduce global warming emissions by 30%, attain the cleanest big-city air, clean up all contaminated land, and open 90% of the waterways for recreation. Here's how to start.
