Changing Lightbulbs Isn't Enough — Stepitup

Saturday, Apr 14, 2007

Join the worldwide wave at home by joining the Sea of People mass rally at Castle Clinton. See the sea!

New York City's coastal location makes it vulnerable to rising sea levels caused by unabated waming. Such sea level rise would sink much of lower Manhattan beneath the water. This event wil bring people together to form human columns that will stand at the waterlines that may one day redefine lower Manhattan.

Date: Saturday, April 14, 2007 noon - 3 pm

Location: Castle Clinton at Battery Park

Directions: Subway W to Whitehall Street, 4/5 to Bowling Green, 1 to South Ferry
