Carbon Disclosure & Socially Responsible Investing

The interest of corporate shareholders and other investors is one factor driving the growth of renewable energy in the US. This teleconference explores disclosure reqirements — stemming from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SEC regulations and new accounting practices — for energy and carbon related risks to shareholders. Panelists will also discuss motives for investing in renewables and the role of social investment and shareholder activism.
