Lydia Tom, Enterprise Foundation

Moderator: Carlton Brown, Full Spectrum, LLC

Panelists will discuss why they are transforming New York City's built environment by demanding high performance building design for their projects. While NYC is becoming home to more high performance building and renovation, the challenges and conventions faced by innovators here are still daunting. This panel of high performance building developers and architects will discuss what has worked, what hasn't worked, and what has been learned from different building projects. In addition, based on their practical experiences, panelists will examine what types of market place and government policy would help to make high performance building New York City's "new normal."

The final panel will be held at the Center for Architecture on December 6th (Policymakers). Event details will be posted below.
